The term "value of standing forest and forest land" refers to the sum of the values of forest, forest with harvesting restriction and barren land. The share of Value of standing forest and forest land is the percentage of the total assessed value.

For the years 1998-2004 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 1998. For the years 2005-2007 means the assessed value according to the general assessment of real estate in 2005. For the years 2008-2010 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2008. For the years 2011-2013 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2011. For the years 2014-2016 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2014. From 2017 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2017.

Purchase-price-coefficient = Purchase price divided by assessed value
Purchase-price-coefficient
For the years 1998-2004 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 1998. For the years 2005-2007 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2005. For the years 2008-2010 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2008. For the years 2011-2013 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2011. For the years 2014-2016 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2014. From 2017 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2017.
