From the turn of the year 2021, new employer contributions for young people were introduced, the employer contributions will be reduced to a level of 19.73 percent between January 2021 and March 2023. During the period June-August 2021 and 2022, this was further reduced to 10.21 percent. The proposal covers people who at the beginning of the year have turned 18 but not 23 years. The annual change is calculated by comparing the current quarters values with the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This provides a percentage change that shows how much the values have increased or decreased over one year.
