Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Obs:

As the LFS is a sample survey, all estimations are subject to uncertainty. Uncertainty in estimations based on fewer than 20 observations on a monthly or quarterly basis or fewer than 40 observations on a yearly basis may be considered too large and the estimation is not reported. In these cases, the value is replaced with two periods [..]. For the period 2005M01–2020M12, the time series contains ´linked data´. No margins of error (uncertainty figures) are reported for the period, this is instead marked as '..' in the time series. The series 2001M01–2004M12 are macrolinked and for the period 2005M01–2020M12 they are microlinked. The estimates regarding quarter 1 2005 and its constituent months are based on a smaller number of responses than other periods. These estimates are therefore more uncertain and should be used with caution. Hours actually worked for employees are for both main job and second job, while only hours in main job are included for permanent employees. Hours per industry are presented for work done in Sweden

degree of attachment to the labour market

Margin of error ±

The presented margin of error corresponds to a 95 percent confidence interval.

Because the LFS is a sample survey based on a national random probability sample, there is a degree of uncertainty that can be calculated. The presented information consists of estimations and consideration must be taken to uncertainty/margin of error when drawing conclusions. The interval that is created by the level estimation ± margin of error here is a 95 percent confidence interval, which is an interval with a 95 percent probability including the actual value.
