Changes in the direct effect of indirect taxes and subsidies are also excluded. UND1X is calculated on request from Swedens Central Bank (Sveriges Riksbank). The measure of underlying inflation called CPIX was called UND1X before the index for October. The name change does not affect the way in which the measure is calculated.
