Obs:

Corrected 2023-06-30: Data has been corrected. Retroactive payments for twelve months are included in the definitive monthly salaries, except for January to June 1999, when only retroactive payments for six months are included. This may influence the definitive estimations of changes during 1999 and 2000. In 1999, Älvsborg (a part of Västra Götaland) is not included in the average monthly salaries. In addition, the definitive monthly salaries do not include Region Skåne from January through July. The estimations of changes during 1999 do not include Uppsala, Östergötland, Region Skåne, Älvsborg (part of Västra Götaland) and Västerbotten. In addition, the preliminary estimations of changes for the same period do not include NU hospital group (a group of five hospitals in Västra Götaland). The estimations of changes for 2000 do not include Älvsborg and the NU hospital group. A considerable change in the population occurred in January 2001. Among other things, a number of hospitals that were privatised were transferred to the statistics of the private sector. However, the changes in estimations are based on identical populations where the privatised parts are included (Huddinge Hospital, Danderyd´s Hospital, the Public Dental Service in Stockholm, St. Erik Eye Hospital, Helsingborg General Hospital and Ängelholm´s Hospital). In January 2014 the Swedish Public Dental Service in Skåne with 1400 employed become an enterprise.
