Fixed start time point and all newer time periods

Obs:

.. = not presented (outside of the top 10 and the top 100 names). Different spellings are included in each name and the name is presented with the most common spelling variant in the entire population. In those cases where information is missing about the first names that are normally used, it is assumed that the first name that is registered is the name that is normally used, because this is true for most people in the population. Includes all first names that were found among the 100 most common names among registered persons by sex on 31 December of each year, excluding persons with protected identities.
