Folkmängd
Uppgifter om folkmängd bygger på Befolkningsregistret (RTB), med uppgifter om folkbokförda personer per adress den 31 december aktuellt år. Till och med 2015 års tätorter kopplades folkmängden till fastighetskoordinat. Där .. förekommer, indikerar detta att värdet är noll eller sekretessbelagt. Småort
En statistisk småort är ett bebyggelseområde med 50 till 199 folkbokförda invånare och tät bebyggelse. 2015
Statistik för 2015 visar skillnader i antal personer i tätort jämfört med andra tabeller över folkmängd i och utanför tätorter 2015. Det beror på olika metoder för att hantera personer som saknar uppgift om folkbokföringsadress/-fastighet i befolkningsregistret. Till och med 2015 registrerades de på mittkoordinat för församling, men därefter används mittkoordinat för största tätort per kommun.
