The collection of loan-to-value ratios was introduced in March 2023, and for the period from March 2023 to February 2025, the lower limit was included in the semi-open interval. As of March 2025, the upper limit is included in the semi-open interval, and the lower limit is not. For example, 70 is included in the interval 50-70 but 50 is excluded (50 < x = 70), as of March 2025. 2025-03-31: As of March 2025, the upper limit is included in the semi-open interval for loan-to-value ratios. For example, 70 is included in the interval 50-70 but 50 is excluded (50 < x = 70). 2025-09-30: Revisions regarding loan-to-value ratios were made for the period March 2023 until August 2025. These revisions affect both household lending volumes as a share of total lending and interest rates broken down by loan-to-value ratios.
