For the years 1981–1989 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 1981.
For the years 1990–1995 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 1990.
For the years 1996–2002 means the assessed (base) value according to the assessment of real estate in 1996.
For the years 2003–2005 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2003.
For the years 2006–2008 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2006.
For the years 2009–2011 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2009.
For the years 2012–2014 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2012.
For the years 2015–2017 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2015.
For the years 2018–2020 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2018.
From 2021 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2021.

Purchase-price-coefficient = Purchase price divided by assessed value

For the years 1981–1989 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 1981.
For the years 1990–1995 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 1990.
For the years 1996–2002 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed (base) value for 1996.
For the years 2003–2005 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2003.
For the years 2006–2008 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2006.
For the years 2009–2011 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2009.
For the years 2012–2014 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2012.
For the years 2015–2017 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2015.
For the years 2018–2020 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2018.
From 2021 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2021.

This is due to the fact that the statistics have been estimatet over again, with new software and methods, and that the present marginal values to exclude extreme cases (high and low purchase-price-coefficients) have been used. Changes in the regional division after 1981: Salem was founded 1983-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Botkyrka. Österåker was founded 1983-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Vaxholm. Essunga was founded 1983-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Vara. Malå was founded 1983-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Norsjö. Bjurholm was founded 1983-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Vännäs. Gnesta and Trosa were founded 1992-01-01 after previously being integral parts of Nyköping. Bollebygd was founded 1995-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Borås. Lekeberg was founded 1995-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Örebro. Nykvarn was founded 1999-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Södertälje. Knivsta was founded 2003-01-01 after previously being an integral part of Uppsala.
