Footnotes

The delimitation of the metropolitan areas has been revised as from 2005-01-01. Greater Stockholm has been expanded with the municipalities of Norrtälje, Nykvarn, Nynäshamn and Södertälje and now coincides with Stockholm county. Greater Göteborg has been expanded with the municipalities of Alingsås and Lilla Edet. Greater Malmö has been expanded with the municipalities of Eslöv, Höör och Skurup.
The figures from 2020 are preliminary.

For the years 2003-2005 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2003. For the years 2006-2008 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2006. For the years 2009-2011 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2009. For the years 2012-2014 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2012. For the years 2015-2017 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2015. From 2018 means the assessed value according to the assessment of real estate in 2018.
Purchase-price-coefficient
For the years 1996-2002 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 1996. For the years 2003-2005 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2003. For the years 2006-2008 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2006. For the years 2009-2011 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2009. For the years 2012-2014 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2014. For the years 2015-2017 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2015. From 2018 the purchase-price-coefficient is calculated as the purchase price according to the assessed value for 2018.
