observations
preliminary
From 2012, a new type of prognosis of ITP-2 fee now expects wage growth for non manual workers . The previous forecast did not expect any increase in wages. This means that the new forecast of ITP-2 is consistently higher than it would have been with the old forecast method. Therfore, comparisons with previous years should be done with caution since the new type of forecast affects results for the years after 2011 positive.
