Land area
Land area is presented in the table. It is calculated as the total area minus the water area. The real estate map of Lantmäteriet (the Swedish mapping, cadastral and land registration authority) with the scale 1:10 000 is used when calculating water areas. All areas have been calculated in SWREF99 TM, spherical method. One hectare is 10 000 square metres, or 0.01 m2, that is, the area of a square measuring 100 m x 100 m.

Concentration of at least 50 buildings classified as holiday homes. Distance between holiday homes is no more than 150 metres.
