In short-term investments, shares and participations as well as bonds, deposit insurance is also included where the insurance policy holder bears the investment risk. Starting from the second quarter of 2023, occupational pension companies are included in the publication together with life insurance companies. Data from the first quarter of 2021 has been revised to include occupational pension companies.
