type of index

Tender prices = New housing price index, average price change per square meter, with hedonic quality adjustment. Prices for dwellings under construction = In-progress house price index – average price change for projects currently in production (in different phases of production) , with hedonic quality adjustment. Function price index = Average price change per apartment (without hedonic quality adjusted). Quality index = quality index - combination of average change in estimated quality and average size change per apartment.

type of building

multi-dwelling buildings

The calculation of the multi-dwelling buildings index for 1994-2003 is uncertain because of the small number of projects.
