Source: Swedish Chemicals Agency and Environmental Accounts, Statistics Sweden A chemical product can have several classifications, e.g. being both labelled as harmful to health and the environment. In such cases, the quantity of the product is here in this table only counted for once. Note that big differences between the years doesn´t necessarily mean that there have been a real change in volumes, but can reflect the fact that substances in a chemical product can go from being not labelled as harmful, to being labelled as harmful. About classification: The CLP Regulation on classification and labelling of substances and mixtures (CLP) came into force on 20 January 2009 (EC) No 1272/2008EC. KIFS regulations (KIFS 2005:7) on the classification and labelling of chemical products will apply during a transitional period until 2015, in parallell with the CLP Regulation. Two dots (..) = Confidentiality.
