Methodological changes
In connection with the publishing of the second quarter of 2015 some methodological changes have been introduced. The time series have been calculated back to the first quarter of 1990 in order to decrease possible level shifts and breaks in the time series, which have resulted in revisions in some historical series.

In connection with publication of the third quarter of 2016, the weighting variable for industrial capacity utilisation has been changed from net turnover to industrial turnover. The new weight is considered to be a more suitable weight for the purpose of the statistics. The time series has been recalculated in connection with the change of weight variable.
