Correction 2017-08-10. Monthly indexes for January - March 2017 have been corrected. The first quarter 2017 as a whole has been marginally corrected.
The time series 2010-2014 has been recalculated at the publication of reference month September 2017.
Revised figures 2018-02-06. In connection with the December 2017 publication, statistics on the motor vehicle industry, linked aggregates and total industry were revised from January 2016.
Correction 2018-02-06. In connection with publication of the reference month December 2017, the model-estimated historical information on total industry has been revised for the months of January between 2010 and 2014 in fixed prices, which impacts seasonal adjustment throughout the series. This is due to a calculation error discovered in the backcasting model.
Correction 2018-12-05. In connection with the October 2018 publication, statistics on the subsector audio and video recording, linked aggregates and total private sector were revised from April 2018. Some deflators have been corrected from January 2018 through July 2018. This primarily affected the subsector human health and social work establishments.
In connection with the November 2018 publication, statistics on the motor vehicle industry, linked aggregates and total industry were revised from January 2017 onwards as a result of new information to Statistics Sweden.
In connection with the December 2018 publication, statistics on telecommunication companies (61), linked aggregates and total private sector were revised for December 2017 as a result of new information received by Statistics Sweden.
Correction 2019-03-05: Pursuant to international guidelines, a number of limited companies have been reclassified under NACE from the private sector to public administration. This affects statistics published from January 2019 and onwards.

In connection with the publication of reference period January 2019, the statistics on real estate activities (NACE 68) were revised. All aggregates in which these divisions are included, as well as total industry, were revised from January 2017 and onwards. Statistics on publishing activities (NACE 58), computer programming, consultancy and related activities (NACE 62), research and development activities (NACE 72) and all aggregates in which these divisions are included, as well and total industry, have been revised from April 2016 and onwards. This is due to new information received by Statistics Sweden.
In conjunction with the publication of reference period February 2019, the statistics for manufacture of machinery and equipment (28), support activities for transportation (52), computer programming (62) and research and development (72) were revised from January 2017 onwards, and manufacture of paper and paper products (17) was revised from May 2017 onwards. The revisions also apply to all aggregates that include the above activities. This is due to new information received by Statistics Sweden.
In connection with the March 2019 publication, statistics on the industry for chemical, chemical products and pharmaceutical products (20-21) were revised for January and March 2018 as a result of new information to Statistics Sweden. The statistics on support activities for transportation (52), computer programming (62) and research and development (72) were corrected from January 2017 onwards. The corrections also apply to all aggregates that include the above activities.

In connection with the publication of reference month August 2019, the periods from January 2018 to March 2019 (outside the regular revision period) have been revised due to new data submitted to Statistics Sweden.
In connection with the publication of reference month October 2019, statistics on the petroleum industry, linked aggregates and total private sector were revised from January 2018 onwards.
In conjunction with the publication of reference period November 2019, the statistics for the total private sector and all lower aggregates are revised starting April 2016. The revision is due to a methodological change related to correction for missing observations in administrative data.
Correction 2020-02-05. At the publication of reference period December 2019, the figures for the industry for other transport equipment (C30) and all higher aggregates that include C30 have been corrected for the reference periods July and August 2019. This correction is due to new information reaching Statistics Sweden.
