Activities zone
Activities zones consist of a concentration of workplaces that together form a geographically delimited area. Alternatively, an activities zone may consist of a geographically delimited area which is characterized by large-scale and industrial land use, and contains at least one work place. Generally, the minimum area of an activities zone is at least 3 hectares. Minor deviations from these definitions may occur, depending on the character of the activities zone. Further details can be found in the official documentation.
Due to disclosure control the total number of local units by NACE section in the tables for country, county and municipality level may differ.
