type of tax credit

tax reduction for property tax

In 2001, the rules were changed for tax reduction for property tax. It then began to function as a constraint rule so that the property tax would not be too large in relation household income. Before, it would reduce the property tax for property owners who had received a significant increased taxation value at the 1996 general property assessment.

tax reduction for property fee

In year 2008 the property tax on housing (one- and two-dwelling buildings and multi-dwelling buildings) was abolished and replaced by a property fee. For pensioners, a tax reduction is granted so that the property fee will not exceed 4 percent of household income. Property tax is still paid for unbuilt sites.
