För ett flertal observationer har ägarkategori kodats felaktigt inom grupperna Fysiska personer och Aktiebolag och dyl. Den presenterade statistiken i dessa ägarkategorier håller inte tillräckligt god kvalitet och därför har all statistik som publicerats för dessa ägarkategorier tagits bort för åren 2003-2012. Ingen statistik publiceras för dessa ägarkategorier från och med redovisningsår 2013. Redovisningsgruppen privatägda fastighter samtliga påverkas inte Korrigering 2015-06-09
I kolumnen för felmarginal har av misstag standardavvikelsen redovisats för åren 2003-2012. Detta är nu korrigerat. Korrigering 2015-12-07
Den korrigering av felmarginal som gjordes 2015-06-09 var felaktig. Felmarginalen är nu korrekt. För undersökningsår 2012 redovisas värdeår/nybyggnadsår 2010 endast i kolumnen samtliga.
