Deaths
For the years 1757-1762, 1788-1790 and 1806-1809 is the total number of deaths revised retrospectively. The sum by gender is therefore not consistent with the total.
Emigrations
The data in the table is the published official statistics. The actual immigration figures during the 19th century until the beginning of the 20th century are considered to be larger. More information about this and Professor G. Sundbärg´s calculation of the actual figures can be found in the publication Emigrationsutredningen 1907–1914.
Citizenship Changes
Citizenship Changes shows number of persons in Sweden who have acquired Swedish citizenship.

For the years 1900 - 1973 is the citizenship changes not disaggregated by gender.

Until the mid-1940s related to changes in citizenship number accepted applications which in many cases were whole families.
On the basis of the relationship for the years 1946-1950 is the number of persons which obtained Swedish citizenship years 1941-1945 approximately calculated.

For 1998 and 1999 is the number referred to the number of changes in citizenship. This means that persons with dual nationality who obtained Swedish citizenship were double-counted. These are between 200 and 300 persons.
Citizenship Changes
The number of persons who have acquired Swedish citizenship for the years 2000 - 2014 has been revised in 2015. For those years, the calculation was based on previous nationality which resulted in double counting of persons which previously had more than one citizenship.
Marriages
The marriage is not disaggregated by gender.
The model to calculate the number of marriages have been revised during 2015.
The model revision, the number of marriages is about 10 per cent higher than before.
The number of marriages for the years 2000 and onwards are calculated according to the new model.
From 2009 is same-sex marriages allowed in Sweden.
Divorces
The divorces is not disaggregated by gender.
The model to calculate the number of divorces have been revised during 2015.
The model revision, the number of divorces is about 5 per cent higher than before.
The number of divorces for the years 2000 and onwards are calculated according to the new model.
From 2009 is same-sex marriages allowed in Sweden.
