Construction cost index including wage for multi-dwelling buildings and collectively built one- or two-dwelling buildings 2004 = 100 won´t be published anymore. We refer you rather use 1968 = 100 or 2015 = 100 instead. If you still want to follow index 2004 = 100 you can use the following conversion rates. Multiply the index 2015 = 100 and the conversion rates to convert the index to 2004 = 100.
